Complies with m i l and ASTM specifications for MPI and fpi. Especially engineered for NDT applications. This meter is used and does have some scratches especially on the screen. You can still see clearly though. It is tested and does work. This meter was last calibrated 9-27-2014, it does read light but may need recalibrating at this time. The case has scratches and dark marks. Please see the pictures. This comes with everything seen in the pictures. This will be shipped priority Mail with signature required.
