One headlight mounting hole too small Rated by bigmurf on July 18, 2015 Summary: This is a follow-up to my previous review. When I tried to mount the headights onto the bar a few days ago, I discovered that one of the holes was slightly undersized. The 1/2" stud on the headlight wouldnt fit. I trashed two drill bits trying to ream out the hole (a testament to the quality of the stainless steel!). But I finally got it and the headlights look great. These bars are a real trick to install. Leave all the mounting bolts for the fender braces loose and dont install the bolts on the outside of the fenders until last. Even then, its tough to pull everything into place, but itll work. Cons: Undersized Hole Pros: Beautiful finish Good Size/Fit Yes, I recommend this product.
