If you MUST set the decal down at this point lay it transfer paper side down.Carefully place the decal over the area that you cleaned, before applying pressure make sure it is lined up.From the center out, rub your credit card or spatula over the decal until it is flat and all air is removed.Carefully lift one corner of the transfer paper and with your credit card / spatula near the area begin lifting the transfer paper. If the decal sticks to the paper use your credit card / spatula to press the vinyl back down.
