Multiple minor surface scratches that are not deep & can be fine sanded & polished out. Cam & pinion bushing are visually good with minimal wear. Definitely not spun. Oil hole lines up perfectly on cam bushing. Gasket surface is good with no noticeable scratches or gouges that would cause leakage. All in all a really good usable part for a great price.
