Description: St FiacreSingle Decade RosaryThe beautiful single decade rosary has a 7/8" tall nickel silver St Fiacre medal with "pray for us" on the back. The 1-3/4" silver-toned San Damiano crucifix has one half of the Prayer of Peace by St Francis on the back in English (we include a card with the whole prayer plus info on the crucifix). The medal and crucifix were both made in Italy; the chaplet itself was designed and handmade by me in our home in the USA. All 11 beads are 8 mm. The Our Father is a smooth, round, genuine Tree Agate. The ten Hail Mary beads are genuine Czech glass, faceted and fire-polished, in alternating emerald green and olivine green colors. He emigrated from his native Ireland to France, where he constructed for himself a hermitage together with a vegetable and herb garden, oratory, and hospice for travellers. He is the patron saint of gardeners; growing vegetables and herbs, herbalists; victims of hemorrhoids, fistulas and venereal diseases, taxi cab drivers, box makers, florists, hosiers, pewterers, tilemakers, and those suffering from infertility. The prayer cards which come with our rosaries, medals and pictures are home-made, created using a "greeting card" program on a computer and printed in full color on nice quality paper. Although they are not like the usual smaller professionally printed prayer cards, most of our customers prefer them since they are like a pamphlet with 4 "pages" and several images, prayers, patronages and often other information about the saint or Catholic devotion.
