LIMITED WARRANTY Big Kahuna Diesel warrants our Products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of *1 year. (*Performance Remanufactured Products are warranted for 6 months.) The warranty period commences the day the product is shipped to the original Customer and is only valid for the original Customer. This warranty is non-transferable. Big Kahuna Diesel Limited Warranty DOES NOT COVER and therefore EXCLUDES: Labor costs to install or uninstall ProductsLabor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects or any other consequential expenses, including third party testingFailures caused by fuel or oil contamination, fire damage, misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operationFailures caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized partsFailures caused by power enhancing devices or modificationsAny down time, towing, travel, lodging, or any other contingent expenses This warranty is in lieu of all other express and implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Big Kahuna Diesel does not assume any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty sets out your exclusive remedies with respect to the Products covered by it. No attempt to alter, modify, or amend this warranty shall be allowed. WARRANTY CLAIMS All warranty claims are subject to prior approval by Big Kahuna Diesel. To be eligible for warranty consideration, please call us at 888.598.3439. You must include a dated proof of purchase receipt, describe your problem, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”). We will provide you with an RMA number and written instructions for sending the Products to us to be tested for warranty consideration. You must follow those instructions. Big Kahuna Diesel does not accept Products sent to us without an RMA. We do not cover return shipping. You will need to pay for shipping the Products to us, and be aware that your shipment company is responsible for damages caused by shipping the Product to us. If our testing confirms that a Product DOES NOT exhibit any material or workmanship defect within the testing specifications we have identified, you will be assessed a standard fee for cleaning / testing and the Product will be shipped back to you at your expense, UPS Ground. If our testing confirms that a Product DOES exhibit material or workmanship defect, Big Kahuna Diesel will replace the item (like for like), and cover UPS Ground shipping to return the replacement Product to the original Customer. You may elect to pay for faster shipping at your expense. You may return any item purchased from Big Kahuna Diesel for any reason within 30 days from the original invoice date, provided the Product is in “brand-new” condition, is returned in the original packaging, and has NOT been installed. No refunds will be given on Products that have been installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled. To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Big Kahuna Diesel. To obtain an RMA number, please call us at 888.598.3439 and provide the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy. Returned product must be in new, resalable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc. Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused and/or a restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed. Cores returned after 60 days from the original order ship date will be issued 75% refund. Cores returned 90 days or after, after the original order ship date will be issued a 50% refund. Late return refund amounts may vary based on wholesale market value. Customers using a debit card may see a pending transaction on your bank account until the cores are returned. IF CORES ARE NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 28 DAYS, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE BALANCE OF THE FULL CORE CHARGE. Option #2 – PAY CORE CHARGE You agree to pay the full Core Charge up front.
