Star Of David Sculpture Inlaid Stone Hammered Metal 18” Height Horchow $940 Vtg

Description: History of this piece: One of my favorite local shops was closing its doors, Horchow Finale. This sculpture had often caught my eye but the $1400 price tag marked down to $900 made it too much of a stretch. However when final days sales offered deep discounts I quickly purchased this sculpture. It appears to be one of a kind. I cannot find similar items online. This sculpture stands 18” tall. The wood base is 3” square and 1.5” deep. The hammered metal exposed post is 11.25”. The star is 5” point to opposite point. It weighs approximately 13 oz. The artist used inlaid variety of stones and metal to include what appears to be mother of pearl and perhaps onyx. A few of the stones have a hair line crack that are not loose and is in the condition purchased in 2011. Please look carefully at the photos and ask for additional photos or information if desired.
