Book store note provenance is loose inside front cover. Some pencil writing on inside cover (book store). In good to very good condition. The front cover has chipping to the borders and paper loss to the upper left hand corner. There is a crack running across the bottom front cover. 2” separation at bottom left hand corner near the spine. The back cover has some chipping and cracking to the borders as well. Both covers are slightly brittle. The inside pages present very well. There is some light foxing and a small tear to the bottom of the Lenore Ulrich page (see pics).
