Description: 12" tall 13" wide at top18.75" wide at bottom This is a very good quality shade from Stiffel. The measurements include to the outside of the pleats. While not perfect, the flaws are not very obvious. There are a couple of areas around the base with multiple light creases in the pleats, and overall there are several scattered tiny dot stains. It was on a Stiffel trophy urn table lamp when I acquired it, circa 80's or early 90's, so it's likely from that time period.
