Description: A rare treasure, priced to sell quickly. Set includes teapot w/lid, sugar w/lid, creamer, 2x teacups, 2x saucers, and tray. In incredible shape, given that it is a 120 to 160 year-old set. Black multicolor, with gorgeous turquoise glazing on the inside of the three larger containers. Completely covered in floral patterns including peonies, chrysanthemum, morning glory, aster, and waterlily, with butterflies and other flourishes. Decorated top, bottom, inside and out. Measurements (approx): tray 12x9.5", teapot 5" tall w/lid, sugar 4.5" tall w/lid, creamer 3.5" tall, saucers 5" across, cups 3" across The only defect I see is that the finial on the teapot lid is slightly loose; could be tightened with the right tools.
