Description: This is a motorized model of a 2017+ Subaru Impreza. These are supplied to dealers to demonstrate the EyeSight collision avoidance and lane keeping system. I would guess that they're only using infrared sensors, not the more complex camera system used by the full-size cars. It does drive forward (only rear-wheel-drive, unlike a real non-BRZ Subaru) and brakes for things like walls, boxes, feet, and other toy cars, but can be tricked by things like plastic bags, slightly offset obstacles, or the black rubber wall base molding in my kitchen. It has working LED lights. It is 5 inches long and roughly 1:36 scale. They run on 2 AAA batteries, which were included and amusingly supplied by Mitsubishi, and they do have the little tabs to prevent battery drain while the cars are sitting in their boxes. The box is included as the model is basically are "new in box," removed only to take pictures and test for operation. There's a bit of dust picked up on the tires and I did notice some minor paint flaws. The box is covered with Japanese text I can't read, including what looks to be a very long warning on the bottom.
