This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance including writing in ink); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/damaged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks/tears (many tears are larger); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); one larger center inner tear and some smaller holes; pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
