Sugar Bowl Creamer Antique American Brilliant Cut Glass Crystal Flashy Thistle

Description: This is a lovely cut glass Creamer & Open Sugar Bowl set. Its a rare set and I have never seen the pattern before on a Creamer & Sugar before. Extensive research did not turn up any others like it, this can be considered a rare set. creamer is 5-1/2" long by 3-1/4" wide by 3-1/4" tall to top of spout/handle. sugar is 6" long by 3-1/2" wide by 3" tall This is from the American Brilliant period (1870 to 1915).This is a unique set. The flower is like a flashed Dahlia or Thistle.. High quality and great clarity, very heavy and thick blown blanks. These are high quality with a flashy cutting that makes them possibly cut in a motif by W.C. Anderson. These heavy flashed and better cut florals are usually attributes from companies like American cut glass co or Libbey (W.C. Anderson) also just a handful of others like California glass co. Condition: The creamer is in great condition with no chips or fleabites that I can find on the rim/spout. The Handle is attached and sturdy with no fracturing or damage where it attaches. The pattern looks good. Sugar bowl is same, I see no handles or rims issues.
