Description: Sunbeam Alpine V TachometerRVI 2411/01 Smiths electric tachometer, removed from a Series V Alpine parts car, with model number RVI 2411/01 on face. I believe this gauge was used on Alpine V only (not on any earlier Series or Alpine, and not Tiger). Gauge has decent cosmetic appearance (chrome ring has good shine with only minor wear, clear overlay is free of breaks, and face looks good with some minor dustiness). The orange needle is fairly bright. The seal behind the bezel is dried out and disintegrating.The can looks good, with only minor surface rust and its two mountings stud intact.The gauge is untested, and should be assumed to be non-functioning and in need of restoration.Includes clamp and two fasteners.
