It is about 13" wide at the handles of the base. I have years of experience shipping items like this all over the world. Your lamp will be professionally packaged using Instapak Foam-in-place. I found only 2 small chips on the flowers. Amazing that it has been preserved so well after all this time. I took detailed phtos of them so that you can see exactly what you are getting. Overall though, it is in exceptional condition with beautiful, vibrant color. The shade has a few tears on the inner fabric lining. They are easily replaced with the shade of your choice.
