Fishel, Theodore H Fishel, and Louis D Nessler founded the company in 1886, by 1910 they were bankrupt, and the names and marks for the company changed slightly. Pieces made post-1910 do not have the And symbol between FN & Co. The items were silver or rhodium plated. The image on your buckles represents the Classical Mythology figure of Aurora, or Dawn, with her chariot as she brings the sun across the horizon. She was heralded by Apollo who is represented by the suit of armor.
