Description: History - I bought these when I was stationed in Frankfurt Germany and I was in the Postal Unit and started collecting stamps of Overseas origin. So I have stamps, first day covers, sheets, blocks etc. I bought them looked at them once and put them back in the package or envelope and stuck them in my foot locker and they have been there ever since the early 80's. After I left the Army I worked my career in the US Postal Service and continued to collect stamps and such through the 90's. I never did anything with them except place them in my foot locker. Now I wonder why I did, guess it was a postal thing.
