It is inexpensive for us to ship to the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, with additional LBs only 20-40 cents, so extra slabs are FREE. Shipping to the West Coast can get expensive with additional LBs at $5 or more, so we aren’t always able to absorb all of that, especially on low value items. CGC slabs weigh about 0.8 LBs (old) to 1.2 LBs (new), which means at times an extra slab will add 2-lbs to the shipping weight, so we need to see what you are buying before being able to quote you the lowest rate possible. Please be aware that the overlord also takes their 12% fee on shipping charges (as well as on sales tax), so we are on average left with less than 87% of ship fees to cover materials and USPS charges.
