There is a wide blue band on the top rim.The pedestal base is white. The sticker on the bottom refers to a "Bullseye Design" which may be the name of the design on this bowl. The centerpiece pedestal bowl is in very good condition - no chips, cracks or crazing noted! There are slight utensil scratches on the interior & exterior. Great addition to your set! We double box all fragile items to help withstand the stress of transport. The double boxing adds to the shipping weight and postal expense but we believe the added precaution in packing is a worthwhile investment to ensure safe arrival of your item.
