Description: US Military and Marine Issue Wet Weather Genuine Military Issue MARPAT Woodland Reversible Field Tarp Tarpaulin. NSN: 8340-01-519-2701. The tarp is made of ripstop nylon, and is coated with a fire resistant urethane to make waterproof. The underside is coyote brown in color. The tarp has 8 grommets with cord / bungee tie-downs (depending on condition, please read all information below regarding condition) to use in various hanging configurations. These tarps measure approximately 90" x 80". There are also multiple snaps around the perimeter of the tarp that alternate male and female connectors. This allows you to snap the tarp to itself to shorten it or to create a drain channel. You can also snap multiple tarps together to make a larger shelter. These tarps are lightweight, durable, abrasion resistant, waterproof, and non-reflective. They fold up into a compact bundle. Perfect for survival, bug out bag, car trunk emergency item, or prepping / preparedness.
