SHIPPING POLICY: USPS for drop shipment of most purchased items, and UPS or USPS for in stock and special-order items. In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days but please allow 7-10 business days for delivery to your door. For drop ship items please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail and Parcel Select is the preferred method of shipping for items weighing less than 50 pounds. Once your order has been shipped, you will normally receive e-mail notification along with the order tracking number. Orders shipped directly from manufacturers may not have tracking numbers immediately available. RETURN POLICY: BSM Sales Group / RCCrawlerCounty will take customer returns within 14 days of customer receiving the RC vehicle but RC vehicles & parts must be unused and returned in the original unopened factory sealed box. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Opened boxes and or used RC vehicles & parts are not returnable for a refund or exchange. Electrical items are NOT RETURNABLE. Defective or damaged RC vehicles & parts are to be warrantied by the RC vehicle mfg not BSM Sales Group / RCCrawlerCountry. Buyer must register the RC vehicle with the mfg in order for the warranty to be valid.
