Original AGIE wire EDM filtration media requires too much maintenance and sometimes kills overnight runs because the filters clog. Secondly, competitive add on systems are inflexible and literally a pain in the back. The beauty of our discovery is we've come up with an excellent way to filter JUST ABOUT ANY LIQUID!!! Beer, water, coolant, etc. You name!!! Filtration media is available in many different particulate ranges, so please, USE YOUR IMAGINATION!!! Our newest AFL'7180 Tipper includes electronic circuitry to mind the system and couldn't be simpler to maintain. When the filter needs service, roll Tipper to your service area, tip the barrel over to slide the heavy wet spent cartridge out, drop a new one in and roll it back to your machine! Tipper uses a 2-speed pump to give you 2 levels of performance during the life of the filter. Internally, a float switch and a flow switch protect the system. An external switch can also be connected if the configuration requires it. Tipper is not electrically connected to the system and can be attached with simple plumbing to any filtration system, AGIE or otherwise. Tipper needs only a 120 Volt connection as well. The unit includes a sealed LED status display to keep tabs on operation. This unit could filter just about any liquid since its polyethylene, PVC and stainless steel just about everywhere.
