The shrink-wrap shows minor surface wear including a few worn / exposed corners however no notable tears or damage. There is a large crack on the front spine area of the game case as well as a visible crack on the front top right area of the game (shown below). There is also one smaller crack near the back bottom edge of the game case (shown below). The game disc is secure, not loose. The hang-tag is undamaged on the back of the game. The UPC is clean.
