Description: This Mitchell Lumitone lamp appears to have its original finish as far as I can tell. The main body (minus socket), stands about 15 high, plus whatever shade, etc, you provide for it. The radio is working and all tubes checked great (I did replace the rather low audio output tube with a NOS). I didn't pull it apart more than that, just tested the tubes and took a pic. I suspect the electronics may possibly be original unrestored, so that's something you, the new owner, will have to deal with down the road. They might run well for years to come or stop at any time! There is a little "static" (AKA noise), as you turn the volume up or down, along with some light AC hum indicating it's probably about time to at least replace the filter capacitors. The lamp socket is a standard fitting, and no, the lamp will not turn on! Must be a broked or disconnected wire in this simple circuit! Thanks to ebay/PayPal's current draconian policies regarding returns, we will no longer sell most items as working, but rather "officially" as parts, not working. Also, thanks to the same policies, we will no longer ship directly to any country other than the US. Any overseas buyers must buy thru the ebay shipping program.
