In order to file a claim with a dead on arrival fish, you will need to send a message via ebay messages with a clear picture of the fish in the bag that clearly shows the fish deceased and a picture of the fish on the ground. A replacement fish can be arranged for any DOA fish, but you will be responsible for any associated shipping charges. Shipping charges will vary from $45-$70. We are not responsible for any delays or weather that causes late shipments as they are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping company.
