This card was exclusively available to backers of the Four Souls Requiem Kickstarter as part of the Alt Art set featuring cover arts designed by guest artists. This card features artwork by artist 5 Pound Gummy Tattoos. All the Binding of Isaac cards I'm selling are brand new/pack fresh, they were briefly handled for purposes of taking pictures before being safely sleeved and stored away. Cards will be shipped sleeved, though lots of cards may be shipped inside the same sleeve. All trading cards valued under $20, or lots of cards valued under $50 total, will be shipped via eBay's standard tracked envelope shipment method. High value cards may be shipped inside boxes for ultimate protection. As a card collector myself I'm very conscious when it comes to packing and shipping them.
