Description: The CEYLEIB PEOPLE Tanyet 1967 US First Pressing LP Ry Cooder Original rare 1967 Vault Records (SLP-117) stereo issue LP, sleeve is VG+ with some light shelf-wear, NO splits or other issues, disc is EX Excellent condition! The brainchild of successful session musician/producer Mike Deasy (sitar, guitar) and guitar whiz Ry Cooder (slide guitar), The Ceyleib People were a studio band that created a psychedelic blend of Indian and Western music - a truly unique sound for 1967 when their only album, "Tanyet," was originally released. I've been collecting records for over 45 years and now I am selling some of my collection. All grading is visual unless stated otherwise. Grading based on Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide: EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality and may have a couple of light scuffs that do not affect play. VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+): Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned up corners, or a slight seam split and light ring wear. ============================================================================ Please feel free to ask for extra photographs or any information required before bidding.
