REGION ENCODING US Releases will be either Region 1/A (intended for playback in North American players) or Region Free. If there is no Region Code on the back of the case, and it cannot be verified as Region Free, then it will be listed as Region 1/A. PRICING Items are priced competitively. So unless a listing has a Best Offer option, it is not open to offers. Offers made via message will not get a response. I do not charge tax at this time, but eBay automatically charges tax in most, if not all, states. CONDITION Brand New items are Factory Sealed but may have small tears in the shrink wrap. Any other noticeable imperfections will be described in detail. Discs will not be loose when shipped, but may come loose in transit. This should not affect playback. New items with loose discs prior to being listed will be opened, secured, and then listed as Like New. Slipcovers that are not sealed along with the case may have light wear and/or lightly bruised corners. If a Digital Code is included, there is no guarantee that it has not expired. PAYMENTS Multiple payment methods are accepted under eBay's Managed Payments. Fixed Price listings require immediate payment. Therefore, the cart must be used when purchasing multiple items which is where the Promotional Discount will be applied. Details of the Promotion and eligible items can be found on top of the listings. SHIPPING Packages are shipped on the Same to Next Business Day Monday through Friday. Packages will be picked up the same day tracking is uploaded, but please allow at least 3 days for the tracking to update. Blu-rays with a Slipcover, Steelbooks, Box Sets, multiple item orders and international orders are shipped in a box. Single Blu-rays with a standard case will ship in a bubble mailer, but may be upgraded to a box based on price point. Boxes are snug-fitting and do not allow for any extra padding, i.e. bubble wrap. Please DO NOT make any special packing requests such as extra padding or bubble wrap. Domestic Shipping Free shipping is included via USPS Media Mail which is an economy service with an estimated delivery window of 2-8 Business Days, but it can take longer. To ensure faster delivery, select USPS First Class or Priority Mail at checkout. A combined shipping discount will be applied to these upgraded shipping services if selected on multiple items. International Shipping If international shipping is offered on a listing, it will be provided by eBay's Global Shipping Program. The shipping and import charges are determined by eBay and can be seen in the listing. Packages are shipped to an eBay Shipping Center in the US, and then eBay completes the international portion. RETURNS Free Returns are accepted on NEW / UNOPENED items within 30 days. Open a Return Request in eBay and the shipping label will be provided to you. Please go through this official channel and DO NOT just mark the package as Return to Sender. Please try to recycle the mailer the item was shipped in, or use a comparable one. If an item arrives damaged and is UNOPENED, the same rules as above apply. Please DO NOT leave negative or neutral feedback without requesting a return or contacting me first, and any abusive language or feedback threats will be promptly reported to eBay. If a New item has been OPENED, a return will only be accepted if the disc is defective and is verified as such. Returns will not be accepted due to minor imperfections that are not visible through the shrink wrap. If an opened item is returned without my direct consent via a message, expect to receive a 50% refund as per eBay policy. It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify equipment compatibility before purchasing Blu-rays, including, but not limited to, 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray 3D and Region Encoding.
