The dust jacket has a small V-shaped tear on the back edge of the spine and the cover has a matching tear. The cookbook has 842 pages filled with delicious recipes such as Peppered Ham Salad, Creole Chicken and Biscuits, Shrimp and Grits, Oysters Rockfeller, Creole Cream Cheese Pound Cake, Praline & Peach Ice Cream, and Planter's Punch. This cookbook would make an excellent addition to your collection. Due to the large number of requests, I am no longer able to research specific contributors or recipes. I appreciate that buyers would like to buy for the best price possible, but half-price offers are never considered or acknowledged. Thanks for understanding. Please understand that delivery times and the cost of shipping are beyond my control. These are controlled entirely by the Post Office, UPS, and FedEx.
