All CDs that have cracked or broken jewel cases will be advertised as such. Please do not make a big deal out of it, because it's not. Replacement jewel cases cost between 25-50 cents. This is just a possible outcome, so it's a possibility, if this is a problem, please do not buy here. Item Description Internal note: file under "H" (Internal note: file under "S") We do not grade jewel cases, if there's a crack in case-we'll describe it as such but other than that we'll grade everything else but the plastic jewel cases. In fact, you may receive your items in brand new jewel cases which of course are not the original ones. If this is of importance to you, to avoid being "excluded" from future purchases-please ask before purchasing. Original CD. There are several surface marks to CD that in no way affect the playback. This disk rips and plays flawlessly. Plastic jewel case may have some scuffs but - we don't grade jewel cases. Made in USA. Collectors' Choice label. Please keep in mind: no returns are accepted due to a few out there who'd like to rip/copy and return. Copying of any part of this listing is not allowed and will be reported.
