The International Standard Bible Encyclopedia 5 Volume Set 1915 Christian

Description: This is a complete set of this Bible Encyclopedia and it was printed in 1915. I didn't see a whole lot of these for sale that had the leather on them like these do, which makes these a little bit more neat than the others. However, the leather was not well kept in the years leading up to me getting these books. The leather on the covers of these books has split along every single hinge, but all covers are still attached except for two of them, the front cover of volume 5 and the back cover of volume 3. All other covers are still at least somewhat attached, by the binding threads or some other means. I didn't see any obvious signs of repairs in these books. The leather on the books was oiled by me when I got them, so they aren't flaking as much anymore, but the leather is still in sorry shape and these books will have to be handled carefully. The leather has worn off on the outside bottom corners and top corners of each book and there are pieces of leather missing on the spines of a few books. There are a few stains on the cloth of the covers, but not many. See photos for an idea of the books' conditions. All pages are accounted for in these books as far as I can tell. There are library stickers on the inside front cover. The marbling on the outside of the text block on these books is beautiful and quite clean. These books were used as reference materials for a college, so they aren't as marked up as other ex-library books might be. I did not see any other stamps, stickers, or markings from the library that these came from aside from the single sticker in each. I did not see any stray writing or markings in the books either.
