Description: The Irish Book of Arms Archival Edition Compiled by Michael C. O'Laughlin with Illustrations by April O'Neillan 1988 publication. The entire book is filled with nicely rendered black and white illustrations of Irish families' heraldric symbols including shields and coats of arms as well as accompanying words in Latin. There are some short write ups of the families and symbolism as well. Very nice text on Irish Genealogy produced by the Irish Genealogical Foundation. The cloth boards look terrific and only show mild bumping to the corners and the head/tail of the spine. There is a small bit of wear to the front edge of the boards. The spine is straight with a square and tight binding. Former owner's pen marking on front end paper. Inner contents are unmarked. Please see all pictures, as they are part of the description.
