These are water transfers and marked 50 cents, if you need 25 cents the venders would cut off the price and add our other 25 cent water transfer with it (sold separately). This is an antique water transfer condom machine decal that came directly from the condom machine company in Kansas City called M&M rubber. It was manufactured from the 1920s to 1960s. We will mail it to you loosely rolled in a round cardboard tube to keep the post office from accidentally bending it, when you get it lay it flat for a day or two and it will flatten back out. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Instructions to transfer the decal: 1. Clean the surface where your decal will be placed. 2. Soak in warm, soapy water about 5 drops or so of soap, for ONLY 10 SECONDS with the decal facing upwards. 3. Wet the surface you’re applying to with some warm, soapy water. 4. Do not try to pick the decal off the paper. Instead, with the decal still on its paper backing, apply it face down with the paper on top. 5. Use a damp soft cloth on the decal’s surface to work trapped air and water out from under the decal.
