Description: I purchased this item at a estate sale it was still in the box and the twist tie was still attached to the plastic on the inside and the upper deck player card was still inside the plastic inside the package, the top however was open I had to add a small piece of tape to the plastic to keep it from popping open all the time. I have never removed it from its original box.
