Circumferential grooves boost the hydroplaning resistance, resulting in a safer wet weather application. This is a run flat model. It features a reinforced internal structure, which does not allow the tire to deform after air pressure loss. Once air pressure loss leaves the tire, it can still be driven on for 50 miles, up to the speed of 50 mph. This enables the vehicle to safely arrive at a nearby location, where the damaged tire can be fixed or changed.
