Description: This is a Transjordan cover sent from Amman to Basle, Switzerland on 2/6/1949. It was sent with mixed franking in the form of a pair of 3 Mils Green Stamps, along with another pair of 12 Mils Reds, and a single 20 Mils Black. However, what sets this guy apart from all the others is not what's on the front, but the VERY RARE POST WWII CENSOR HANDSTAMP on the back of the cover. A lovely cover for a Transjordan collection. This item is over $100 USD so I will ship it using Priority Mail in the US, and Registered Mail overseas. This is to ensure that it reaches you in a safe and timely manner, and it includes tracking!
