These are not marked but I was told that these are Pursuit (now Traxstech) original downrigger bases. I confirmed that these fit into Bert’s and Traxstech mounting rails. These were used in freshwater situations only, and are in great as shown in the photos. The bases fit many types of downrigger mounts.
