Description: Comes with subkick mic and stand. This subkick was manufactured as a prototype by Treehouse custom drum shop. Everything is in working order and has served me well in recordings and live performances. With this being a prototype, there are a few quirks… for starters the speaker inside the drum that receives the signal is strapped in by black and white zip ties (see photos). This does not hinder the mics ability to pick up sound from your bass drum but it does however cause the speaker to move around which should be kept in mind. I am sure there is a better way to fix the speaker to the shell but I never personally took the time to do it. When I originally purchased this subkick it did not come with a stand. I put together the bottom of a drum throne and cut down a tom mount from an old kit I had to make the stand. It works as intended This subkick is comparable to the Yamaha SKRM-100 Subkick
