Description: This trombone is a must-have for any expert player looking for a high-quality instrument. It is a great King 2B with a nice slide. It is dated to the beginning of the 1980th. I have played this trombone in big band for many years. There is a reason why this trombone model is one of the most loved and played both historically and at present time. Both the sound and the response is exactly how you want it. King 2b has been looking about the same for almost 100 years, with small changes in details. The bore of the slide is smaller on the upper tube (0.481") and bigger on the lower tub (0.491"), so called dual bore, to get the respons as a smaller bore and the fatter sound from a thicker bore. Bell is yellow brass with the diameter 7 3/8" - a quite common jazz trombone size. Comes with a Protec case. The instrument is made in the United States. This trombone is a great investment for any musician looking for a top-of-the-line instrument. (No custom fees within EU, but the trombone ships worldwide. If your country has got custom fees when importing from EU, check it with your custom authorities. Message me and I will arrange for shipping to your country. Trombone will be wrapped in a so called double box: trombone slide and bell parts will be wrapped in bubble wrap inside the trombone case. Then the trombone case will also be wrapped in bubble wrap before placed in a normal corrugated carboard shipping box. This is a safe way to ship a trombone also over seas. )
