The center top features two allegorical women dressed in diaphanous clothing seated on either side of a laurel wreath medallion with ITC in center (Security Banknote Co.). One certificate is numbered TP01380 and 20 Shares and the other is TP01151 and 29 Shares. Each Certificate reads Incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; Transit Investment Corporation certifies that (one reads Albert Gay 20 shares dated Apr. 28, 1938, the other reads Warren E. Riggin 29 shares dated Apr. 25, 1938). Each certificate is in very good condition as seen in photos; measures 11-3/8" BY 8-1/8". When item is packed SECURELY for shipping, it weighs 8 ounces.
