They are NOT your home-made hammered buttons that are bought at your local craft store. They are NOT mass-produced buttons. Each button was hand produced by Walsh Designs. The face of the buttons is made from Ralph Lauren's linen and cotton French Farmhouse grain sack fabric entitled "Maynard Ticking". This fabric is made to look like a vintage grain sack, and it retails for $94.00 a yard. The buttons are a metal crimp button with a shank back.
