Description: Unique Antique Early American Glass Bud Vase The Waverly Aug 9th 1898. Excellent condition. No chips or cracks. I'm not sure if this is connected to the Waverly Inn of Hendersonville NC or not but I have a very strong suspicious that it may have been a souvenir from their early days. It is clear Glass spiraling around a deep emerald green glass. Hand painted embellishments adorn the base and top. Etched into the glass at the top reads "The Waverly Aug 9th 1898". Stands 8.25" tall, measures 3.25" across the base and 1.5" across the mouth.
