This decal is cut from solid colored vinyl and extremely fade resistant. There is no background color to the decal. (Example) If the primary color of the decal is listed as black that is the only color the decal includes. All the surrounding and inner areas will be the color of the vehicle the decal is placed on. We will then issue a return label for the item and refund in full including shipping once the item has been returned. • If application is preformed in any way the decal cannot be returned. • Damaged caused during installation is not a defect in the item as it was caused by the installer. • Shirts that have any signs of being Worn, Washed or Missing tags are no longer eligible for return.
