However, once in a great while USPS will damage something. I provide all shipping of fragile items with insurance, and, should your item arrive damaged, I will leave it to the buyer to file a claim. Online it takes literally 2 minutes. I am forced to handle the issue in this manner due to fraud; if something is legitimately damaged in transit I do want to ensure that you are compensated for it, but I do not immediately provide a refund if a buyer claims an item is damaged. Again, this is due to several experiences with attempted fraud, and, again, it does not happen often but of course could. The store is not able to process order cancellation.
