The store was an old hardware store and, while the parts are new, the parts may show some dust, light surface rust/staining, have wear to the packaging, etc. They are NOS and are unused and fully functional. Please view the photos as they best show the condition of the item. We always try and call out any significant flaws but the photos best show any surface rust, dust, etc. you may need to clean off of the item. Additional Important Details Shipping Time: I typically ship the next day after payment, but do put 3 days handling time in the shipping calculator just in case something comes up.
