V RARE '87 Chaos Renegade LTD EDITION LE101 TENTACLE ARM 40k In Original Blister

Description: This is a once in lifetime chance to own an original and COMPLETE limited edition LE101 Chaos Renegade Marine - also known as Renegade TENTACLE ARM 40k Rogue Trader miniature from Citadel Miniatures. Never assembled or painted and still in its original LIMITED EDITION blister pack - this is a very rare opportunity to get your hands on a piece of GW/Citadel gaming history. The miniature is a very highly sought after piece from the dawn of the Rogue Trader Era, and is intended for serious collectors of 40K and early citadel miniatures only. The slotta base is still partially on its original sprue - please note (probably due to age) the blister has partially come away from the card backing and has a split in it (see photos) but this is undoubtedly the original packaging. The miniature itself still has some flashing / seams on by all appearances but obviously I can't take it out of pack to inspect it too fully. Sculpted by Mike Perry 1987 can clearly be seen on the rear of the base of the miniature, though it was only released in WHITE DWARF 101 in May 1988, after it was the figure of an illustration for the cover of WHITE DWARF 99. It also has it's ORIGINAL METAL CHAOS BACKPACK - this was before the days of the plastic chaos backpacks, and this in itself is an increasingly rare sight these days and I haven't seen another of these models being sold as complete since I sold my very own first of these a while back. I'm including an image of the original advertising image here for illustration purposes only, so you can see that I go that extra distance to exactly identify older models before sale.
