This warranty covers manufacturing defects and not wear and tear due to general use. For a cost we are happy to replace damaged/worn parts for the lifetime, please contact us for pricing. Return Postage Costs If your cable develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of the purchase date then we will reimburse return postage costs. After 12 months the costs are paid by the customer. We try to keep packaging to a minimum and try to re-use packaging materials where possible, so please do not be upset if your order arrives in a second-hand box! Please keep your bubble wrap for Christmas and re-use boxes where you can. If you wish to return unwanted cable and connectors then please do so, we are happy to recycle them on your behalf Returns You have 30 days to request returns.
