Description: Nice copy of the rare 1995 Cherry Lane Music edition of the Van Halen Balance songbook for guitar, featuring tab and standard notation of the authentic recorded guitar parts, including the solos, note for note as they are on the record. An excellent book for any level of player. It really shows the songs in amazing accurate detail, and makes it all very learnable. I used it for a while but it has been treated well and is still in excellent condition. Only very slight wear and signs of light use, but clean inside and out. No issues except the “#25” written very faintly on the front and on the bottom page edges, and “VH Balance” written at the top page edges (see photos), but not any big deal at all. Really a beautiful copy.
