This is from the collection of a discriminating Middle-Georgia collector with an eye for aesthetics and quality. These choice specimens now bear Dixie Euhedrals labels. This particular specimen was purchased 22 years ago. GEMMY VANADINITE CRYSTALS ON BARITE CRYSTAL from MIBLADEN, MOROCCO.THIS WAS ACQUIRED IN 2001 FROM CRYSTAL PERFECTION OF WINSTON-SALEM, NORTH CAROLINA.Approximate size of crystal specimen: 1 1/4" wide X 5/8" deep X 1" tall or in metric: 3.1 X 1.7 X 2.6 CM. The metric dimensions are more precise.This is very gemmy vanadinite crystals on a barite blade crystal . In full direct sunlight or other bright lighting you can see into the crystal to some degree and the edges in particular "light up". This one is very gemmy and has two colors: red and a butterscotch color. This is a choice specimen. THE ORIGINAL SALES PRICE IN 2001 WAS $20.
