Pony Express FDC: 1941 from Oswego Lake (before it was formally Lake Oswego) to Timberline dispatched at 8:30am via Pony Express Mailbag. A very unique piece. I was lucky to find it at a stamp show about 30 years ago. Charm Die/Mold & Charm: Made by Bates & KLINKE of Attleboro MA. I picked each piece up separately, its serendipity that they happen to be a perfect match. The die is a HEAVY piece of solid steel. Diameter of the finished charm is just over 1”.
